Stima Care: advanced platform for stationary battery analysis and management

Advanced stationary battery analytics and management platform.

Project description

Stima Care is an advanced cloud-based SaaS platform for the analysis and management of stationary batteries.

It monitors and analyzes the state of health and performance of lithium-ion batteries used in stationary energy storage systems (BESS).

The platform uses AI-driven analytics to:

  • optimize battery lifetime,
  • detect anomalies,
  • simplify warranty management.

By improving reliability and reducing lifecycle costs, Stima Care strengthens the economic viability of clean energy systems across Africa.

The project is based in Kenya and targets multiple African markets.

Key milestones

1. Minimum Viable Product (MVP) launch

Deploy the first version of Stima Care for stationary batteries, integrated with real datasets from energy storage systems (BESS) provided by pilot partners.

2. Pilot projects

Test and validate the platform with mini-grid operators, telecom companies, and industrial and commercial (C&I) clients across several African markets.

3. Commercial scale-up

Convert pilot projects into paying SaaS customers and reach EUR 10,000 in monthly recurring revenue by the end of the project.

4. Strategic support

Stima is seeking support from energy sector experts, ideally specialized in battery energy storage systems (BESS), to refine the commercialization and sales strategy of Stima Care in the African stationary storage market.
